STEPHANIE SAULNIER

Stephanie Saulnier is a qualified psychologist who is registered with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a member of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT). Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours, in Psychology and then trained as a clinical psychologist at the University of Sydney. She is currently completing research for her doctorate on the psychosocial impact of bone marrow transplants for recipients and their carers.
Stephanie has worked in community health for a number of years, providing psychological treatment for adults and children with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, low self esteem, domestic violence, bereavement and various other emotional or behavioural disorders of childhood. In other public health settings, she has had experience working with adolescents and families, and also clients experiencing acute or chronic illness, eating disorders and addictions. Her special interests lie in the area of trauma, anxiety, health psychology and attachment.
Stephanie is a very warm and supportive therapist, who adapts her therapeutic approach to suit each client’s individual needs. She has a strong commitment to professional development which ensures that her treatment is evidence based and remains up-to-date with current thinking.
